Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: October 7, 2024

By joining the Empowered Pro Se Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before participating.

1. Enrollment in the Program

To join the Empowered Pro Se Affiliate Program, you must apply and be approved. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion. Upon acceptance, you will receive a unique affiliate link to promote the Empowered Pro Se e-guide.

2. Commission Structure

As an affiliate, you will earn a 40% commission on each successful sale of the Empowered Pro Se e-guide that is generated through your unique affiliate link.

3. Payout Schedule

Commissions are paid out 30 days after the sale has been completed to account for refund periods and transaction validations. Payouts are processed on or around the 12 of every month and based on PayPal's payout schedule. Payouts are processed only when your total accrued commission reaches a minimum of $30. If your commission balance is below this threshold, the balance will roll over to the following payout period until the minimum is reached.

4. Payment Method

Payouts will be made via PayPal. You are responsible for providing accurate payment details in your affiliate account. I am not responsible for failed payouts due to incorrect payment information.

5. Tracking and Attribution

Sales are tracked through your unique affiliate link. You will have access to an affiliate dashboard where you can monitor your sales, commissions, and payouts. Please note that sales must be made through your affiliate link for you to receive credit. I am not responsible for any sales that cannot be tracked through improper or broken affiliate links.

6. Refunds and Chargebacks

In the event that a customer requests a refund or disputes a charge, the commission earned from that sale will be deducted from your account. If a commission has already been paid on a refunded or disputed sale, it will be subtracted from future payouts.

7. Promotional Guidelines

As an affiliate, you agree to promote the Empowered Pro Se e-guide ethically and responsibly. You must not engage in misleading, false, or fraudulent marketing practices. Additionally, affiliates must not: * Use spam, unsolicited emails, or other disruptive marketing tactics. * Bid on Empowered Pro Se branded keywords or domains. * Misrepresent themselves as representatives or employees of Empowered Pro Se.

Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in termination of your affiliate status.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, any unpaid commissions will be paid out if they meet the $30 minimum payout threshold. If the balance is below this amount, the commission will be forfeited.

9. Amendments to Terms

I reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email, and continued participation in the program constitutes agreement to any updated terms.

10. Legal Disclaimer

As an affiliate of the Empowered Pro Se program, you must adhere to the following legal guidelines when promoting the e-guide:
